Dear Tony,

I can't tell you how fed up I was with carpet cleaners until I found you. With my 18 vacation rentals, it seemed like I was having a carpet cleaned every few months, never using the same one again (you name it, I've tried them!) because I was never satisfied with the results or impressed with the service. Sure, they always looked good the day it was cleaned, but the spots always came back immediately. One time, when I wasn't paying attention, one of them dumped the dirty water down a kitchen sink of a condo on the third floor. Of course the little carpet fibers clogged up the drain which caused the unit above to back up, also, and I had to call a plumber on a weekend which cost me about $150. My carpet cleaning nightmares ended when I found you. At first I was taken back by your prices, but now I know that you are worth every penny! The carpets not only look like new when you finish but they stay that way, for a long time. The same spots don't return and the carpets smell clean and fresh. Your sons are polite and thorough; never complain about moving furniture and they show up on time!

We are truly pleased with the results of the Von Schrader method of carpet cleaning. Our carpeting had been neglected and showed patterns and stains. Now the colors are fresh and the stains are gone. In addition we did not have the inconvenience of several days of dampness, paper runners and the large fans, which would have been necessary to remove the moisture from our long interior halls and stairways, if the steam cleaning process had been used.
